The leadership team is good
When they come in if I have any thing I need
Communication and understanding to us
The motivation to increase productivity even when morale is low. It shows management understands what is needed to show progress for the stakeholders.

We are skilled professionals and yet we're paid less than most professions and we do the work of 2 people.

I am a single woman without children, and I cannot afford a basic one-bedroom apartment on what I make. because of my inconsistent all-over-the-place scheduling requirements, I am unable to commit to a second job. I cannot survive with this company, and I am currently seeking employment elsewhere
The schedule isn't flexible and the point system cause anxiety especially if something happened. We shouldn't have to go to sedgwick for an "doctor note".
I would rather go broke than spend another day in a Walgreens
Review from Admin Dept
Yes. I feel extremely undervalued. I've actually never felt like I didn't want to walk inside of a workplace like I do this.
Everyone knows how to organize themselves to finish the goal they have that day
They are just as dedicated as I am to give the ultimate customer experience; however, because of the mandatory reduction of hours for staff, it is impossible to deliver quality service to our customers.
We all work together to get the job done
We all work together help each other out with problems
We try to help one another.
be the person of integrity!
Less attitude, less bullying (talking about people than just helping, purposefully putting people where you want them to not help them, belittling behavior), thinking their above the rest because they finally learned the job when they admitted to struggling when they first started
By communication and teamwork abd not having biased mindset
Low wages and high turnover. Its not their fault.
There is a particular co worker i very much dislike working with. He is consistently lazy and combative.
We are usually very close and we collaborate quickly with new people
Our team works well together.
Despite less than 15 hours of work they often schedule you only a few hours a day with no two days off in a row.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Honestly the customers some of my coworkers
The teamwork and comradery we share to deliver our manager's expectations. We truly value our customers and love to assist them; however, due to mandatory hour reduction it makes it nearly impossible to help everyone who needs help when they need it.
More staffing and better training.
Review from Sales Dept
New leadership and direction is needed
Stop treating employees like they are the least important part of the business
hope and belief in the future
Review from Operations Dept
Work appreciation would help get rid of hatred for the company
Review from Admin Dept
That he was very direct and clear
case situations, experiences, knowledge, and skills
The store manager was professional and diplomatic.
Review from Customer Support Dept
It went fast and they didnt really ask hard questions
Friendly, positive, prompt and constructive
Review from Sales Dept
Its a snow job. They are desparate.
That the company has not changed and is why they have people quit
need to ask about realistic activities question. we need to perform basic coustomer 's need then we can jump on patients care issues
Simlify the questions. Train upper management to prove more so candidates feel more comfortable in the interview.
Interview employees better, dont hire them just because they are minorities
It's usually living with customers
my customers make me happy
That i can work at my own pace and not have someone looking over my shoulder
greeting and speaking to the customers
Knowing that i have such a good relationship with my coworkers as their shift lead
My manger is so rude to me and makes me feel like complete shit
The company needs to redirect its attention to the customers and their experience instead of putting more dollars in the CEO's pockets by reducing their current employees' hours and pay.
The actions from the top corporate people seems one of desperation as our stock and confidence plummet. I don't know if it can be improved at this point.
Terrrible company and they dont live by their mission or vision statements
Review from Admin Dept
Miscommunication is ridiculous, everything seems so chaotic
Benefits are pretty good. Discount are worth for hygiene and first aid. Clean stores (for the most part).
Review from Customer Support Dept
The overtime and getting paid for it as well as the people I work with.
Well know caring company that has stood stronger than most
i like the 25% discount
Strategic goals are in line to keep build longevity. As a company- there are policiiies/initiatives in place to build employee engagement
Review from Operations Dept
Better pay. Don't cut staff or salary/hrs. Frontier program, do it right this time.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Stop with the over engagement with employees. Improve employee benefits.
Review from Marketing Dept
For specific management to change a little and support the staff more and be more open minded.
better leaders and bigger stores
Often, local leadership to not support company initiatives to improve culture and work atmosphere. Negative feedback is often used against employees that speak up and little changes are made when feedback is given.
