Recent Questions about HR at Walmart

  • How does Walmart handle HR issues?
I think the fair answer to this is that it does depend on each individual store's HR managers and employees. For example, in our store, you can get your issues handled as long as you are prepared to nag and bug them and chase them down in person on your day off.

No matter what your problem is if it is not how they figured it in or are being told by upper management you’re wrong

They cover up for their managers. They are abusive and get away with it. Home office does nothing to deter the behavior despite multiple complaints about the same individuals.
