Leadership meetings keep us informed with what's going on with the business.

Paid fairly when compared to title, but my responsibilities do not align with my title.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many meetings. Too much infrastructure work that gets in the way of working on new product features. We need to move to the cloud entirely so we are not always doing maintenance work.
