There is a great bond between employees. It is a tight group.

You are forced to pay for a union that does nothing for you.

It is a great way for new people to get introduced to the lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting to be around the sets and see everything happening on the lot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The studio culture as a whole is fine. The studio tour department culture is poor as the guides are viewed as the step child of the lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in the studio tour department is average at best. There is little interest in paying attention to the guest experience which would greatly lift moral of the employees.
