Very open-door policy; the laid back culture makes each member of management extremely approachable and easy to learn from.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the team of intelligent people I have the opportunity to both learn from and work alongside. Our individual success, growth and health is also an obvious priority at the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very dynamic and collaborative - all of our team members have varying backgrounds and knowledge, and we are each happy/eager to share our skills and understanding with one another.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interviewing process of WB was very lengthy (took about 3 months from phone interview to start date) and there were many times I had to reach out for a status of my application.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team is extremely involved in events both at warner and outside the office. We volunteer at various weekend events and represent WB and also attend in-house networking events that give us exposure to various depts.
