Remove the toxic people (i.e. the management).
Everything, including the management team.
Lesser bureaucracy and lesser committee mentality and more decision making capabilities.
The annual raises are pityful to begin with and we are severely underpaid, compared to the industry standards.
Not a single thing at this moment, thanks to the ATT merger and all of the related job insecurities that it brought along.
There is a sense of gloom with the recent AT&T merger and so everyone is extra paranoid about their jobs. The folks from Turner pretend to be the boss of all. It is a very toxic environment.
HBO was a fantastic place to work, back in 2000 or earlier (well before my times). Ever since the AT&T merger (or shall we say, hostile takeover) it has regressed into a chopshop! This was the worst deal ever made in the history of mergers.
