Diversity, inclusive/collaborative mindset, awareness that the loudest voices are not necessarily the most competent or insightful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior management is out of touch with how products are most effectively built. Some divisions set highly ambitious, unrealistic expectations while others give tremendous deadline leeway to strong, charismatic (but incompetent) leaders.
