Work your ass off for meager pay. They will hire outside if the company before promoting from within so its not exactly a place to work if you want to move up. If you put in time and show your worth at the company you will be asked to train your new manager and not earn a raise.

One free hoagie a day. As that is about all i can afford to eat.

Some people you meet are quite nice. But it is designed to break you down fast.

The interview goes like this: do you wanna work here? "Yes" ok youre hired. Theres no interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Pertty good people. Just to add to the question about meetings, they stopped doing them so employees have no voice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact they have one that isnt poverty wages alone is a blessing. But i mean bear minimum is better than nothing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have heard of two good supervisors at my store and tons of tales of toxicity from others. Theyre not paid enough either and unfortunatly we are all spread thin.
