I was hired for overnight position and the manager kept scheduling me day shifts so i told him and he cut my hours because i cant work during the day when i was initially hired for 3rd shift specifically

When the team works together and everyone gets done with all their tasks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Evenly distributed breaks the supervisors are quick to work around so they get a break but make regular employees wait longer
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be great if u didnt get less hours just because u cant work the ahofts you werent hired for !
