Positive attitude and working in the food service areas and celebrating the people who work there

The satisfaction of completing everything at the end of my shift and everyone being in a positove mood because it wasnt stressful because i did a good job managing

The interview process now is over the phone which is difficult for me , i like to see faces of people im communicating with in an interview and body language. The best part is the diverse questions
