Seniority means nothing. Been there over 4 years and cant get a regular schedule. I understand seasonal hour reductions need to occur, but new hires not only make the same as me but have similar hours during slower times. I guess its time to move on.

Med benefits, however as a supposedly full time employee, with reduced hours, the weekly medical contribution hurts.
