I had two interviews with five different people. It gave me great insight into the company and culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Task work, really. I should be more into the people aspect, but I really enjoy cleaning, stocking, and making things pretty :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work so hard. And most really care about each other. You always have people who don't, but overall, they always put forth their best effort and help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. They make or break it. Customers can sometimes be unhelpful, but there are so many that are friendly and kind. And we have each other to help make happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So much to talk about! The insurance rates are the cheapest I've seen. Even hospital staff are jealous! The ESOP is booming, we have little bonuses all the time, and you really earn it.
