My experience has been good so far. But until recently. I had put a request in for pto. It got approved by my g.m. This request was made a month ahead of the time off. Come to find out 2 days before payroll is due that I am not getting it. Now this was a lack of my g.m. doing her job correctly.

Interaction with some friendly customers. A simple quick conversation with them can make my day sometimes
