There for 5 years, hated it after year 1. There is no recognition for hard work - I had to fight for raises. Yearly raises didnt reflect the effort I put into my job. Multiple people were hired for higher pay than me even though i had 2+ years experience at the time and I worked harder than most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the coworkers were fun to work with, some management was good too
