it's amazing, the people I work with are awesome. as I have mentioned before my Overnight lead has a chip on her shoulder and if you dont join her side or agree with her, she ignores you and talks bad to you to customers. she has previously cursed my crew out in front of customers because of it.

my team is amazing, the Lead is not.

my coworkers. they make it very enjoyable. my overnight lead does not.
What did you like most about the interview process?
meeting everyone and listening to how things work the right way .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
good management, my night supervisor and CSS are amazing. the lead is very hostile.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
well I was told when I first started that because of COVID I would get benefits after 60 days then told after my 60 days that it's a year before I get benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they listen to the workers, upper management not as much. I work with a lead that has made my work environment very hostile because of the way she acts when she gets told she is in the wrong or if you have an opinion that differs than hers.
