I do like my job but the thing that I hate the most is that I work in the deli with only one other person and as spring has arrived the store is picking more buisness and if I tell my concern that we need more people in deli then I am being told that we have enough people where as I have to do alot.

When we have enough employees and are not short staffed

Only the manager is trying to do her best but there is a lot of work and the labor is always tried to be reduced
