Wawa's labor practices are not in the best interest of their employees.
Coworkers can only improve if their value to the company improved. I would work better if Wawa communicated better and practiced better organization from leadership.
I feel undervalued because Wawa puts profits before fair employee labor practices. I would feel better about compensation if Wawa would pay a percentage of profits to their employees in addition to an hourly wage.
