What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying better wages, not treating long time employees like garbage, more than 1 person working deli on a weekend during lunch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being the only person making food on the weekend because other employees refuse to work weekends but have too many people during the week they get sent home early all the time. Better pay, more stock and cheaper health insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. For a company that "values people" they sure don't care how over worked people are. Do you get a raise? No! Here's a scratch off ticket for 500 points but if you want anything decent that's gonna be 10k+ points. That's pretty insulting.
