- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Following state laws when it comes to the delegation of activities for Insurance companies. Photographs and reports that relate to an Insurance claim are carried out by "licensed" Insurance Adjusters, which is why there are licensure requirements per The Department of Insurance.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?They need better customer service and they need to pay their contractors for mileage, with higher fees.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Customer service training, especially for speaking on the phone.
