I don't feel undervalued but I don't think my compensation is taking into account my experience + pay equity in my department.

One of the best things about our team is how dedicated they are to always giving their best. Each member brings their own unique strengths, and everyone works hard to contribute to our goals.

My interaction with candidates as well as guiding them and providing them with an incredible experience throughout the process. In addition to this, the possibility to work with different stakeholders inside the company.
