This topic I have discussed with my leader a few times, the Gympass experience has gone beyond my expectations, I wasn't expecting to have this level of exposure and responsibility so soon in my career here, it has been great so far, I'm continuously learning and growing

They are aware of the issues of the everyday operation, they're not "behind the desk" executives that are only asking for results they're running next to us

Of course the salary! It is fair and aligned to market average, insurance is something important that luckily we have and of course having Gympass is wonderful

I love how no matter their grade they're available to help and look for a solution, they all concentrate in doing their part but also to contribute beyond the expectation
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that while I can take advantage of my experience so I can execute my job correctly, I'm also learning something new sometimes as often as every week, for me that balance within our challenges is what makes the happiest
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far what I have realized is the alignment between what is said and it's done, and that's really important beyond the perks and fun cultura, when they tell you something is going to happen it happens, also while you're given the tools needed for make it happen
