Gympass is an amazing company. Very talented employees, incredible energy. Very well managed by the C levels. I feel like maybe my manager needs some development. As the year passed I felt less and less close and encouraged by them. I also don't feel as confident in them as I once did
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open minded, team oriented people. They like learning
What makes you most happy at work?
I love creating ways to engage people to use the product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they don't exclude themselves from the rest of the employees.

I love how we get gympass for free and the credit we get on Caju

It's flexible and comprehensive. It encourages self development and learning, and also drives us forward career-wise

Mental Health is encouraged to be prioritized. I also love how they actually teach us how to care for ourselves

I love the work I do and how inspired I am to continue to think of improvements for my area.

My leaders are very down to earth and caring people. I don't feel hierarchy barriers towards them, for they treat everyone the same.

My leader is very open and has a very humane leadership. We feel comfortable with each other which allows us to explore ideas and opinions without fear and judgement

I feel that the flexibility and trust are very importante. I have the autonomy to make my own decisions about my projects, and I feel the whole company trusts me and my judgment

I think the hiring process at Gympass is amazing because every single employee I interact with is highly qualified and talented. My team is very proactive as well as team-driven. I'm very proud to work alongside them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse but very efficient and we all care very much about the work we're doing. I feel each of us compliment each other and work really well as a team who respects everyone's work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love all the benefits but wish the Health plan would allow us to choose higher upgrades. For instance, my region doesn't have very good hospital options with the current grade I'm in, and that would be resolved by upgrading
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job very much and I get to do the things I'm better at. That's very rewarding on its own. But I also feel grateful to receive a lot of positive feedback and to meet and interact with new people everyday
