I started at Gympass in customer service, and after a year, I was able to switch to operations. The truth is that in this company, I notice that all employees have the opportunity to grow, and the work that each one does is valued. Looking forward to many more years of growth together!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The strength with which they convey the Gympass mission. In the end, I feel that every employee is highly motivated by the company and that's impressive, we all work at Gympass as if our company was ours!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This year we had private medical insurance added to our benefits! I also love that apart from the salary, I can take care of my well-being, I do a lot of sport + take care of myself mentally thanks to Gympass!
