We run effective meetings, we have well-defined team goals, we have good clarity of roles and responsibilities, we diagnose problems well and come up with innovative solutions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are approachable (at the office they say hello), transparent (they share status of company health monthly), and inclusive (they promote and reward behaviors that foment diversity, equity and inclusion).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that level of trust and autonomy granted to employees making us feel accountable for our own actions and the impact we create. We also want people at Gympass to succeed so if we cannot help someone, we find other to assist or guide them.
