I love this company but we are facing a very complicated environment in MX because of our Revenue leaders. People are crying on feedbacks, are afraid to be let go, our HRBP does not support properly and said it is normal to be afraid to be fired... This situation needs to be looked into urgently

Variable compensation in MX is not clear. There is a performance factor that is based on leaders judgement and not clear. We also could have better benefits as we have in other countries such as gastos médicos menores, checkup anual, annual adjustment
