My experience at the company couldn't have been better! Since I joined, I've been positively surprised by the culture and the people. Everyone is focused on a common goal, everyone helps each other and makes a point of maintaining a good relationship, which is something we rarely see in the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued in relation to my professional and my activities, but I believe that the salary and benefits are below the market and studying and proposing improvements would have a great and positive impact for the entire company, motivating all professionals even more.
