Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our compensation is on the lower side for average in the space. I think we may need to review our compensation baselines to ensure we are able to compete for the best talent. Re. Benefits, we have room for growth within our health plans, particularly for family planning benefits.
