What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though fast-paced, the company fosters a culture of collaboration. The company gives you autonomy and flexibility to deliver your work on its deadlines, but it also reassures that if you need help, you can find it easily along your coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a structure of global and regional/team-focused meetings in which they share the company's goals and how we're performing towards that goal, and also other things that are happening/trending throughout the company/market. Also, they are very accessible and human.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Wellhub's greatest strength is its culture - by far. The People team managed to bring this culture to the job market so that the company only hires amazing employees and even better people. I've never dealt with a coworker that is not both brilliant and kind/human. That's hard to find in a company!
What makes you most happy at work?
One of the most frustrating things about the job market is the career ladder: you have to work too much to impress your boss and maybe if he/she likes you, then you'd get a promotion. That's not the case at Wellhub. Here you can actually look forward to a promotion as a real thing, not a promise.
