Respect for flexible working and in times of health fragility

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Distortion of the same level within the team and exclusion of commission accelerators that were interesting and also the new commission calculation method is not good. Speaking of benefits, our company should already have private pension.
