Hard to say what "the most" is. It is very well-rounded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, it is very complete. I believe the main differentiator (vs. some, not all) is having Wellhub fully subsidized.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm able to contribute and am recognized by my work. But most importantly, that I believe in what I'm doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their talent and drive - which I'd say is present in 80-85% of the whole. These people are very smart and invested in our mission, always willing to help, learn and grow together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In their own ways, they all seem to be invested in the company's mission and are clearly passionate about it. This naturally reflects in our team as a whole and culture, which is amazing.
