Lots of work and I am always being challenged. My opinion matters. I think the Company could put more money into resources such as tissue paper or a mic for speakers during presentations.

It's been good overall. I feel like I have made a big difference in my field. I like the mission and vision of the company. I wish there were more company outings and meetups though.
