I love working here but the product has a long way to go. The things that keep me coming back to work are the dress code, the flexibility in our schedules, the work-life balance, and the benefits, which are great! We work really hard when we are treated well.

The commission is rewarding, but it's going away completely next month, which I think is a mistake for retention and the reward of working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The laid-back dress code and the flexibility in the schedule is huge! I do also love that we can conduct fun group workouts with our benefit.
