flexible, relaxed sometimes, but can also be heavy pressure from the managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like we are paid well for what we do. There is always a push back for more compensation. And our team is passive and won't ask. And if asked, it gets denied.
