What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is incredibly passionate about the product and the mission. They do their best to encourage us to make use of the platform and are open to feedback for improvements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never been in better physical shape and love doing group workouts with the team. Everyone is driven to do their best work possible, even in less than ideal situations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Variable compensation quotas are not clear or transparent. I agreed to a lower base salary with the expectation of making a significant percentage in variable comp. This may happen, but I'm not clear on my quarterly goals more than 2/3 of the way into the quarter.
