I enjoy the town halls and really feeling included with updates within the organization.

My team is very personable, we really do have the team mentality and work as a whole to achieve things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lack of communication on how the different positions within the department are differentiated. Ex senior manager, manager, associate
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how I can take a lunch break to workout, or end a little early to workout and it is completely acceptable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the work that I have been doing lately with my clients and feel as though we are moving in a very positive direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The ever changing compensation policies make it very difficult to feel like you are having fair conversations about pay. You are told one thing one month and then it changes again.
