We have made efforts to improve this YoY which is great, but equitable roles elsewhere pay c. 20% higher. I remain at Wellhub because of my love for what I do. Our benefits suite is great but I feel would be heightened significantly by i) a stronger pension offering (UK) and/or ii) 4-day weeks
