I like to talk with other teams and I have the opportunities to know new coworkers daily.

I love to work here because everybody is trying to help the other teams and is open to suggestions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that is necessary to update the local benefit pack in Brasil, the health care could be without co-participation and the values of the plans could be lowest for Black and Black+.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is working hard to guide the teams to achieve amazing results, I really appreciate the contact that I have with the high leadership, I think that we need to moving forward with this type of action.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way that my team works get me comfortable to share my ideas and work together, my leadership is always open to receive feedback and always schedule quickly meeting to know more deeply the employee's point of view.
