I just arrived but It's been the most crazy and awesome 3 weeks since.... quite some time in my career, I'm loving it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think transparency, we work as a team and we try to pass that along and bring everyone together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options are a pretty great way to have people commit to the company towards it's objectives, throws a sense of ownership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new but they look very focused, they make themselves available and so far everyone that shared knowledge with me were pretty great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very relaxed in the sense that you can be yourself, allows you to put your voice and opinions out there and that is pretty rare.
What makes you most happy at work?
The tasks that have been assigned to me and the things I have to take care of are interesting and challenging enough to make you feel like you want to get all done all at once, so you always look forward to work and also interact with my coworkers.
