i'm happy here bcs i can manage my private life in particular during the pandemic (i guess also after). I wuld like to move ofrward with my career now as in the past i was not guided positively from my past manager.

I joined gympass downgrading my role and I would like to have the same level/salary of my past experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the team atmosphere. We're a ery wells tructured team, where members supports each other and know evrything about the other members' job so that we can substitute the others when they're off
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To listen to all the local account/people about how it works in every market as sometimes the global strategy does not fit well with the local needs creating some risks for the local business (losing clients ect)
