Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There must be an annual adjustment based on inflation, on the other hand, annual growth must have a range greater than 5% or 10%. In my case, it increased by 5% and inflation is 3%, so it was only 2% and there is still no news. On the other hand, my fixed income is lower than market
