5 weeks of total paid time off split between PTO, Vacation time, and sick time.

More equitable pay- thank good ess for NY law of transparency of salary when job posting- eye opening

No growth opportunities and not for lack of trying.

Because you work hard and you dont get paid commission

The leadership teams need to be respectful to their employees and respond to their needs

Better bonuses/commission for sales figures.

There is no health insurance even though my position is the most physically demanding.

Recieving more hourly or actual commission. Most employees can't afford living expenses.

Fair, competitive wages, or a work environment that isn't toxic

Yup I only got 4-8 hours a week
