The leader ship team needs to get better at leading in a a positive way without trying to fire each other. And without judging the good workers.
They are not familiar with what the 'front line' team members deal with: verbally abusive customers, due to factors they cant control. The store team is held accountable for ship/recv, delivery time frames etc. they have no idea, nor do they want to hear about it.
Leadership need to be 100% accurate on the information that is given to customer service representatives during training. When we need help, sometimes Leadership has noise in THEIR background, they don't know the answers to provide when you are stuck.

We focus alot of marketing about how responsible the company is when store level associates are living pay check to paycheck for w multi million dollar company.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION ACROSS THE BOARD! Customers who do not know where their products are after ordering end up talking to customer support reps who Also DON't KNOW WHATS GOING ON.
