Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Real benefits not benefits just above medicaid level

Go someplace else and make a decent wage.

Compensation was good but i felt unvalued as an employee.

Leadership skills the managers have no idea what's going on. They're forcing you to work over eight hours each day.

More pay and bonuses will help and keep workers there

This is most definitely a client-specific problem, and not a GardaWorld issue, but perhaps if there were better resources for sites to lean on for standardization then quality could be increased further. There is only an introductory course on security basics when hired.

Fair & equitable payscale for both men & women. Fair administration of discipline/suspensions, after hearing employees side of complaints. Fair investigation. Having a HR adm. to buffer employees from arbitrary discipline

Yes, the people are clearly undervalued. The guards are very unhappy with the work environment which is why the morale is so low and why they behave how they do. They seem miserable and I believe it's why they were very hostile with others and one another.

Honestly, because of my skin color.

No branch support and when I speak up and try to lead my superiors in the right direction I get gut punched, so I just shut up and follow orders, even knowing that they will fail or make things worse in the end. I do not know if this is caused by pure arrogance or just stupidity.
