There is no one to talk to about company issues, insurance, changes in policy when you work nights. No one has your back in the field, much of the time hisk risk properties are patrol by one officer.
The person doing the interview or another representative should be available 24/7 for emengency communications & questions. Officers should not be hung out to dry for using their best informed practices. No chain of command in the field, just dispatcher, no bosses
