There are a lot of good people that take pride in their job. They value the client and the people they work with.
Outwardly receptive to feedback, but I'm not sure they are internalizing it or bothering to explain why something is not practical. Otherwise they are humble and personable.
This is most definitely a client-specific problem, and not a GardaWorld issue, but perhaps if there were better resources for sites to lean on for standardization then quality could be increased further. There is only an introductory course on security basics when hired.
