It was a while ago but wear appropriate workwear to the meeting, and remember when it was scheduled.
The person doing the interview or another representative should be available 24/7 for emengency communications & questions. Officers should not be hung out to dry for using their best informed practices. No chain of command in the field, just dispatcher, no bosses

There is no one to talk to about company issues, insurance, changes in policy when you work nights. No one has your back in the field, much of the time hisk risk properties are patrol by one officer.

People are not being treated with respect. You cannot preach core values then have people in authoritative roles who feel that they're exempt from living out these values or feel like they can turn it off and on. Consistency is key! Be about what you say you're about! Otherwise, you're living a lie!

The CSM have no idea of the contractual obligations of the sites they manager, perhaps reading the contracts of your accounts and meeting one on one with the project managers to gain a better operational overview of how things operate would be of significant value.
