What are some of the best things about your team?
90% of our shift start meeting is our manager telling us the new arbitrary policies and threatening to write us up or remove us
As a guard my coworkers are always helpful and respectful

I have a multicultural team, and the dynamics between us make the job interesting, especially as we learn about each other on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The EMTs I work with are amazing and the supervisors are great but the management and client contact are controlling narcissists

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was kept on when my previous company lost the contract

They use "Bait and Switch" to get you to sign on and then forget about any agreements that were made during sign-on.
