What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More pay!!! People need to mind their business, leave personal problems, at home. Work together more, & rotate management and leads.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being able to work together to complete an assignment. It's the people in authority management etc that makes coming to work dreadful.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my manager and lead are absent for the day. When everyone has a good attitude to match my good attitude. Thats when I'm the happiest at work. Other than when it's time to clock out for the day. Lol
