Paying attention to anything other than the bottom line. Logistic are atrocious. Poor and rude communicators.

They are all in the same sinking ship and we can commiserate about how awful things are with upper management.

Value anyone other than upper management. listen to you employees. Invest in better websites and apps to allow for better consumer interface.

Revamp from the ground up. The company is stagnant in its current model. How did west elm hotels go? Are orders being fulfilled? No focus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Mamagement is overworked and contantly asked to cut hours of hourly works. Meanwhile the CEOs and upper management and making millions. Based on the way the run the company they should be paid less egregious salaries to help their employees make a living wage.
