1. Bad business design. 2. Pressure-cooker work environment. 3. Still lagging in terms of technology.

Communication is a key thing. Plus upper management should not force us to work more than 10 hours every day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
THe business design needs to be simpler. WSI is a luxury business not a retailer like Walmart. They should care more about their customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is a management which can be described by one word childish. They're impatient like children, they want everything "right now". It is a world of chaos where every single thing is marked as urgent.
